If you haven’t been following Vampire Cheerleaders’ sister series Paranormal Mystery Squad, now’s the best time to catch up. For the entire month of April, Paranormal Mystery Squad will be running 7 days a week in preparation for goth girl Stephanie Kane and her band of cryptid hunters making the full jump into the pages of Vampire Cheerleaders. So yeah, you should definitely be reading PMS! Click here for more info.

Thought I'd give a few shameless plugs for the two Korean manhwa titles that we're running on Zoom Comics (and that I edit). Witch Hunter is this fun action comedy with lots of crazy magic, huge explosions, and really wacky characters. I've edited up through the end of Book 2 so far, and it's definitely a cool series with a fun fantasy world. If Sherlock Holmes-style sluething is more your game, though, then be sure to check out Lizzie Newton: Victorian Mysteries. Lizzie is one hoot of a character and the series makes a great companion read to another recent book I've edited... Young Miss Holmes Casebook 1-2 (that one features a crossover with Dance in the Vampire Bund, which is definitely one of my favorite manga).

Awesome piece of news... Vampire Cheerleaders Vol. 2 is #7 on the New York Times Manga Best Seller List for January 1, 2012! Pretty dang cool. It's Seven Seas' first OEL manga series to hit the list, so that makes it even cooler! Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered or picked up the book when it was released!
